This legal notice regulates the use of this website (hereinafter “the Website”), owned by Moirai Biodesign, S.L. (hereinafter, the “Company”). On this page you will find all the information about the legal terms and conditions that will define the relationship between the users of the Web (hereinafter, “the User” or “the Users”) and the Company. Conditions of use of this website

Browsing the Website attributes the condition of User thereof and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions set forth in this Legal Notice, which may be subject to changes due to legislative or jurisprudential changes, as well as to new industry practices

The Website and its services are free and open access. However, the Company conditions the use of some of the services offered on the Website to the prior completion of the corresponding form.

All the contents on the Website such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology or software, as well as its design and source code, constitute a body of work whose property belongs to the Company and/or its collaborators. No exploitation rights over them can be considered in any way transferred or ceased to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Website.

The personal data that Users voluntarily provide to the Company through the different forms provided on the Website, are incorporated in a file (hereinafter, the “File”) owned by the Company, which complies with the required security measures. The purpose of the File is the provision and administration of the contracted or requested service, as well as the generation of statistical data.

In the cases where it is necessary to fill in a form with personal data in order to make a request, sending the corresponding data to the Company will imply that the User has been informed and has expressly granted his or her acceptance of this Privacy Policy. The Company undertakes the commitment of processing the information of the Users with full guarantees and in compliance with the following national and European laws that regulate the collection and use of personal data: (i) The RGPD (Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 relativo a la protección de las personas físicas) which is the European Union normative that unify the regulation of the processing of personal data in the different countries of the EU; (ii) The LOPD (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal  y Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, el Reglamento de desarrollo de la LOPD) that regulates the treatment of personal data and the obligations that the people responsible of a website or blog must assume when managing this information; and (iii) The LSSI-CE (Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico) that regulates economic transactions through electronic means.

Users will be asked to provide personal data only when the User contacts the Company through the contact form, in which case the User will be asked to provide his or her name and a valid email address.
